Tasting

Mineral and rich, it reveals the sunny character of a terroir benefiting from a microclimate influenced by the foehn wind. Beneath its golden yellow highlights, this Chasselas has a lively and powerful attack. A beautiful roundness on the palate and slightly saline, citrus, and chamomile flavors. Its floral nose ends with a very pleasant mineral note.
